The Space:

The apartment is thoughtfully laid out on one level and offers two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a modern en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. An additional separate guest toilet adds extra comfort. The spacious living room is air-conditioned and furnished with a comfortable seating area, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and provides everything needed for preparing elaborate meals or enjoying relaxed evenings with a drink.



Thanks to its ground-floor location, the living area opens directly onto the outdoor space, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow seamlessly into one another. From here, you can enjoy the sense of openness and the calm ambiance of Cape Marie, with easy access to the communal swimming pool and surrounding areas. Holland House Cape Marie 1401 is located in a quiet part of the resort and is ideal for guests seeking a stylish, spacious, single-level apartment with a warm atmosphere and a high level of comfort. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and visitors, parties, events, and groups of young people are not permitted anywhere in the building.



Coral Estate itself offers 24-hour security, a luxury spa, a dive center, a bakery, and excellent restaurants such as Karakter and rooftop bar Koraal. Nearby you will find some of Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches: Playa Porto Marie, Cas Abao, and Daaibooi.



Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.



The Neighborhood:

Coral Estate is a gated residential resort in Banda Abou, on the quiet west coast of Curaçao near Sint Willibrordus. The estate was built around three ideas - peace, space and safety and has 24/7 security. Cactus, divi-divi trees and dry kunuku scrubland surround the grounds, and the flamingos of Jan Kok bay are a short drive away.



The Coral Estate Centre brings together a spa, dive school, boutique and bakery, the last of which serves breakfast in the morning and pizza at night. On the water you'll find two restaurants: Karakter, with loungers and beach service on the resort beach, and Koraal on the cliff above.



Three of the island's best beaches are close by: Daaibooi, Playa Porto Marie and Cas Abao are all within 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

Coral Estate sits about 25 minutes from Hato International Airport (CUR) and roughly 25 to 30 minutes from Willemstad, so the whole island stays within comfortable reach while you're staying on the quiet side of it.



Do you need a car in Curaçao? For a stay here, yes. There's no supermarket inside the gate and the beaches, dive sites and restaurants that make the west coast special are spread out along the coast road. With a car you can chase a new beach every day, start the morning with an early hike in Christoffel Park or drive into Willemstad for shopping and dinner.



We keep our own rental cars on the estate and rent them exclusively to our guests, so you can arrange one directly with us instead of queueing at the airport desk. Get in touch and we'll talk you through the options and have the car ready when you arrive.



We can also arrange a taxi for you, for the ride from the airport when you land, back again on departure, or an evening out in Willemstad without worrying about the drive home. Let us know when you need one and we'll book it.



Other Things to Note:

A few practical details worth knowing before you book.



- Every guest gets a complimentary drink at Karakter, the beach restaurant at the water's edge on the resort.




- The property is cleaned and the beds made up before arrival, with bath and beach towels ready for you. On stays of five nights or more, cleaning and fresh linen and towels are included every three to four days.



- Pricing follows the number of guests you enter, so it's worth checking that against your party. One bedroom per two guests is included in the rate; extra bedrooms can be added for a nightly charge once your booking is confirmed.



- A barbecue can be added for an extra charge - gas, charcoal or electric depending on the property - set up ready to use and cleaned afterwards.




- Electricity and water are included, based on roughly 8 to 12 hours of air conditioning a day. Nearly all guests stay within that; a surcharge applies for usage well beyond it.




- A refundable USD 500 deposit is arranged at check-in, preferably by credit card authorisation, covering any damage or loss and released in full after check-out.
