Mica Luxury Tiny Home 3 at Riverside Landing

Mica Luxury Tiny Home at Riverside Landing on the Joe is located just outside of St Maries, Idaho on the shores of the world-famous St Joe River. Featuring a Queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, a queen size mattress, and a twin size mattress in the loft, this unit can sleep up to 6 adults. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. If you don't feel like cooking, you are less than 10 minutes from several dining options in St Maries.   You can also venture North to Harrison, which is less than 20 minutes away from Riverside Landing on the Joe. 


The Mica Tiny home is a new, modern tiny home built with comfort in mind. Central air conditioning, and plenty of windows to take in the beautiful scenery around you. With the living room facing the river, you will absolutely love the tranquility and slow pace that this area has to offer.  This property does not have on-site staff, however, we are only a phone call or a text away.  


The St Joe river is the highest navigable river in the world. Once a bustling trade route for timber this now peaceful river feeds into beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene where you can enjoy watersports or an afternoon on a pontoon boat. We provide inflatable paddleboards and kayaks for your use during your stay, as well as life jackets. The St Joe River is very slow moving, and is  great for swimming. Our location also is convenient for those looking to relax while fishing, hunting, biking, snowmobiling, or simply enjoying the life that Idaho has to offer.  We highly suggest bringing your car, or renting one, as public transportation is virtually non-existent in this area.  This tiny home is located on the site of the former Riverside Lodge in St. Maries, Idaho.  This is a brand new property that opened on July 1, 2021.

St. Joe Reunion Stay
We enjoyed very comfortable accommodations with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Meals and food prep were easy in the well-stocked kitchen. All needs were me. Conveniences were close by such as food store, gas station, restaurants, etc. We will definitely return at some point in the future.

The unit was beautiful. We were unable to manage the heat very well. There weren't instructions or a thermostat. We turned on the upstairs air conditioner & the fan to cool it down. It may have been exterior heat from the sun, we never figured it out. The access to the fishing and swimming area was underwater, so we stepped from the shore. That may have been due to inclement weather that occurred before we arrived. Lovely place!

This was a clean, modern, and well thought out design for a tiny home. It is clear considerable thought was given to stocking the kitchen with cookware, dishware, utensils, etc. That extra consideration made all the difference. Note - this is a tiny home, so space is premium. If you're a large fella like me, you may not appreciate the side stepping necessary to access each side of the bed or the awkwardness of utilizing the rather small toilet. That aside, the experience was very enjoyable. Will likely stay here again in the future.

A beautiful, fun and relaxing getaway with family and friends!!
We had a group of 23 ranging in age from 6 years old to 70 ish years young renting 5 of the 6 tiny homes for a week. It was a great combination of togetherness and retreat to our own homes. We relaxed by the river or floating in the river and we had fun playing games or out on the jet ski. Each tiny home was perfectly stocked with all supplies we needed. We just brought the groceries. Getting in touch with the property management team was super easy and they were very prompt when we needed propane and fresh towels. They also gave us suggestions of things to do locally. We only left the property one day to check out Couer’d Alene otherwise we just stuck around because we were loving it! The only tough thing about the property is that its right on the main highway. We parked our cars parallel to the highway to create a safe walkway for everyone and somewhat barrier to the road. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!!

Excellent Property
We stayed at the tiny house for 3 fabulous days. The houses were amazing! All cooking utensils were provided including some spices and a few snacks, there was a blow dryer to use, a small table fan, and even a sound machine. The linens were spectacular, beds were comfortable, views were amazing. No expenses were spared on these units!! Only downside was the road noise at night but we adjusted to it pretty quickly. We will definitely be back. :-) Thank you for making our trip so nice!
