”This was all-around positive experience, starting from the superb lady at the reception. She was so friendly and took the time to tell me about the city and things that were happening around. Room itself was really nice and while it was modern, it had the authentic vintage feel to it. Would stay again!”

The room I was in this time had no towel bars at all. We were given only one washcloth each. There is no waste basket by the sink in the bathroom area. The ironing board broke as soon as we tried to put it up. It was very noisy. They did not allow any kind of late checkout, even for the disabled. The door to the room has no way...

We decided we needed two nights instead, so I cancelled the one night and booked two nights. Upon arrival, the lady at the lobby could not find my two night reservation and said I only had one night. I provided the Expedia confirmation number and Itinerary number, and showed her the email. She said those numbers did not help her and...

”Loved the three beds for our family of 5. The beds were actually pretty comfortable too.The hotel is pretty quiet. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back! ”

”It was unfortunate that we were not told about the whole back and side yard being dug up due to sewer problems at the hotel. Honestly we probably would have booked elsewhere. The staff was nice and the room was okay. The roll out heater had a broken wheel so would not stand very well. The mattress was used to the point that it had two indentation on each side, so you would kinda roll into that spot. Location is great, street parking only. Coffee and breakfast was good. ”Great staff and facility. The building was a little older and dated, but it had everything you need. The staff were painting the parking cement block so they are putting effort into the place. The only downside was the carpet area between the armchair and bed seems to be a little not clean/vacummed.
