”This was all-around positive experience, starting from the superb lady at the reception. She was so friendly and took the time to tell me about the city and things that were happening around. Room itself was really nice and while it was modern, it had the authentic vintage feel to it. Would stay again!”

”The room was clean. The property is old. They’ve tried to keep it up, but it’s not great. The area was sketchy. I felt uneasy with my car parked in the lot. The mattress was not great, and the pillows were lumpy.”

”Old hotel room, basic place to spend the night. Breakfast was only coffee/tea, fruits and a snack bar to take in your room. Service...hard to find any personnel there.”

”The room we were given was on the 2nd floor of the hotel and there was no elevator. My daughter is disabled. They gave us a room on the first floor, it was very small and when we went into the room it looked like someone had been jumping on the bed. There was no handicapped parking close to the door we needed to use to be close to the room. The beds were rock hard. And the bathroom was not handicap accessible. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first one. Definately worst hotel stay...

”Clean room with nice bedding and towels. Room was on the small side but comfortable with a king bed. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was handy. I would recommend.”

”Clean and quiet hotel in good location. We had spacious room with king size bed, refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast has many choices and coffee was good. Very friendly and attentive staff member at the reception desk. ”

”It was unfortunate that we were not told about the whole back and side yard being dug up due to sewer problems at the hotel. Honestly we probably would have booked elsewhere. The staff was nice and the room was okay. The roll out heater had a broken wheel so would not stand very well. The mattress was used to the point that it had two indentation on each side, so you would kinda roll into that spot. Location is great, street parking only. Coffee and breakfast was good. Temperature throughout...

”Everything was very very good. The staff was particularly helpful, especially Patricia who followed up on every request, i.e. towels for the hot tub more towels (2 women in out group so lots of towels. Super lounge club area and excellent workout room (although I didn't use any of the equipment.) Location is greast for water activities, shopping or dining--could walk to everything in 2-10 minutes.”

”Would be nice if people staying there didn't bring drugs and addict children into the rooms. You will wake up drugged from 2nd hand smoke getting into rooms”

”Great staff and facility. The building was a little older and dated, but it had everything you need. The staff were painting the parking cement block so they are putting effort into the place. The only downside was the carpet area between the armchair and bed seems to be a little not clean/vacummed. There seemed to be some nail clippings on the carpet so the room could have been a little more clean. The door between the next hotel room is very thin and not sound proof. You could hear the next...
