”Great service, on call and pleasant over the phone. Safety was up most importance to the representatives that served me. The security guard was alert, polite and thorough.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay downtown and I myself will definitely enjoy a stay at The Rambler again!”

”The Hu Hotel has the best staff ever!!!!! Annie handled the reservation portion and I recommend when you make your reservation to ask for her specifically. She will provide all your wants and needs.
The concierge Deadric was real knowledgeable, resourceful and very respectful. He described everything with such detail. From the time we pulled up he was very helpful and provided all the necessary information to make our stay a complete success

”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street.
The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”
