”There was a minor communication issue where Verbo failed to notify the property owner of the rental but once the property owner was notified of our arrival she was more than accommodating. The accommodations were clean and very inviting. Memory beds were very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area to book this property. It was a great experience.”

”This is a perfect space for family. Although our visit was not for pleasure, it was wonderful for the group. The home is well equipped to hold a large group with space upstairs that was perfect for the youth to hang out. I loved the rockers on the front porch which added a place to relax and look out at the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if you choose to dine in. All of the needed pots/pans and a Keurig for coffee lovers! Highly recommend this house and...

”My husband and I were amazed at the gorgeous little cottage and all of the thoughtful touches left from Cyndi the host. She had made gourmet brownies for our arrival and there was a basket full of snacks and even dog toys for our puppies who had come with us. There were other thoughtful touches around the cottage, from a basket of soaps/lotions/shampoos, a fridge full of bottled water and lots of wood left for the fireplace. ”The property was exactly as listed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very large and well stocked. The outside porch with gas fire pits were wonderful. In addition, there was a wood burning fire pit, and a pond that the kids and adults could fish in. A huge bonus is the barn. It was a great place to play cards. Also, the kids enjoyed all of the games that were provided. I would definitely stay here again!”

”We had a wonderful time on Orchard Island! Such a friendly area. Our trip was to see the eclipse and we were not disappointed. We would love to come back in the summer and actually use the lake! We were saddened by all the tornado damage in the area but Chris was so helpful about keeping us updated on the house and businesses in the area. We were happy to come and support the area.”

”No remote in master bedroom for fan. Jets didn't work in master bath. Not enough tv's, hard to please all with 2 tv's. Fire pit looked like trash can until we cleaned it out. But....house was beautiful, nice beds, great family time. Will recommend this house!”
