”Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom.
Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together).
Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at the Tickled Trout. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. Our room was lovely . It was really warm when we were there as it was in the middle of a heatwave. We took a fan with us although they did say there were some available. There was a small window in our room which looked out onto a fairly busy road so could be quite noisy if window was open. Other family members had a room at the back of the pub and they said it was really quiet there. Also worth...

”Lovely hotel, restaurant, bar, in an excellent location for shopping etc in Rye. Very good value for money.
There is no free car parking but the pay & display/RINGO is immediately next door and less than a tenner a day.
We can highly recommend this hotel.”
