”This was a great place to take a break from our AB&B stays. The property is gorgeous. The bed were great. We both got a good nights sleep. The room was a nice size. An ice machine would have been the one thing that would have made this perfect. Oh yes and the breakfast was one of the best in our last 10 weeks of travel.”

”We had an amazing time,the surroundings are just incredible,so beautiful and peaceful.My family really enjoyed the barn and we played board games,lit a fire which was fabulous.The option to BBQ also.We had such fun.Our huts were just gorgeous,everything was spotlessly clean,the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was to a very high standard.We took a stroll through the meadow and had a turn in the paddle boat on the the water on the grounds,so much fun.The hosts really take great care of this...

”Room had AC which is rare for Ireland, glad we had it during July heatwave. There is a small lift, elevator, to easily get luggage upstairs to the rooms. The attached restaurant pub on the first floor has lots of character; it being a former monastery, 300 yrs old. Food was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Setting was quiet. Plenty of parking in large parking lot next to building. We would enjoy staying here again.”

The location is very convenient, especially for getting around, while the rooms were pleasantly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast booking was also a nice surprise in terms of value, although it could perhaps have been communicated a little more clearly that the full à la carte breakfast menu was included, as this was not entirely obvious to us at first.
