Welcome travellers to our cosy 2 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the charming town of St Pauls Bay!
The space cam take up 3 guests in total and it features a large living area with sofa and smart Tv, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious backyard, making it perfect for both short and long stays.
With just a short walk away, you reach all local attractions, including beach clubs, restaurants, cafes & stunning sea views!
High speed WIFI & AC in rooms included in your stay.
The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.
Living Spaces| The tastefully decorated living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of the island. Sink into the plush sofas, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Dishwasher is also included with all the other modern appliances. Perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and the other with 1 single bed.
Bathrooms| 1 Large bathroom featuring a shower, sink and toilet.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| The apartment includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more comfort.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.
Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop to 158 Triq San Pawl is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
