The kitchenette is efficiently designed and fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge, and freezer—providing all the essentials for a self-catered stay within a compact footprint.

Air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable stay year-round, and additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience.



The studio is located on the top (penthouse) 5th floor of a building with an elevator. However, please note there are approximately 20 steps to reach the lift from the entrance.



Please note: Bay’s Square is currently undergoing a refurbishment to enhance the area. While some works may be visible or heard during the day, this exciting project will soon transform the square into a more beautiful and welcoming space—perfect for future visitors. Most businesses around the square remain open and fully operational.
