It is situated on the edge of a very beautiful and quiet thatched-roof house settlement. The over 1,200 sq m property borders directly onto the marsh meadows with unobstructed views. The living room, with its sophisticated ambiance and wood-burning stove, features an integrated country-style fitted kitchen and a dining area. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny terrace. The bright and spacious bathroom and the bedrooms are located on the upper floors. The ground floor has wood-look designer flooring, while the upper floors and attic have solid wood planks. With the exception of the attic, the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.
