Direct access to the furnished southwest-facing balcony. Open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop with 2 burners, a microwave with grill function, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a small counter table with two bar stools.

The apartment is accessible at ground level through the basement entrance (to the right of the main entrance) without any steps and via automatic doors. As the end unit with access via a small separate hallway, it is very quiet within the building.

Bed linens are provided. Towels can be booked as an add-on. Smoking and pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
