While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). ”Friendly staff, clean room and tasty breakfast. Good location for our weekend stay in Guernsey - easy access via bus and taxi to Cobo Bay, Port Soif and Vazon Bay as well as to St Peter Port. Short drive from the airport too. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but it was very busy and the seafood looked good!! I would recommend the hotel”
