The parking lot is on the first floor/under the building. There are 2 assigned parking spaces per unit, on a first-come, first-served basis. No elevator, and the unit is on the 2nd floor.

Reservations
Only individuals 18 years or older can make a reservation.

Tropical Setting
You may encounter tropical creatures like geckos, lizards, or frogs. Their presence is normal in this environment and is out of our control.

No Smoking
Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge.

Check-Out Policy
Unapproved late check-out will be penalized.

No Unauthorized Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Cancellation Policy
