Welcome to Beach Flower 201, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo facing the aqua blue waters and sugar-white sands of Madeira Beach. Ideally located near John's Pass, this condo is the perfect location for a family vacation. High ceilings and clean, contemporary design ensure nothing detracts from the awesome views. Beach Flower 201 is thoughtfully designed for the whole family. The quiet family room features a TV room, a bar for all the snacks, and a separate table for crafts or puzzles. In the living room, there is a dedicated workspace with a printer so you can stay connected while you soak up the sun. After a long day in the sun, the family can all gather in the large, gourmet kitchen to create sumptuous feasts for everyone to enjoy. Take the feast out to the massive balcony, where there is room for everyone to relax and watch the sunset. Whether you want to get away from it all or long for deeper family connections, Beach Flower offers you everything you desire.

Kitchen: White granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a large French-door refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Keurig coffee maker, large island with seating for 5, separate walk-in pantry. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters/pods are not always available

Living Room: Large, comfy couch, 2 oversized chairs, smart TV, dedicated workspace with desk and printer, sliding doors leading to balcony

Family Room: L-shaped couch, smart TV, dry bar, table and 4 chairs

Bathroom 1: Extra deep tub and shower combination with tile surround, toilet, sink and vanity

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and smart flat-screen TV

Bathroom 2: Extra deep tub and shower combination with tile surround, toilet, sink and vanity

Bedroom 3: King-size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, smart flat-screen TV, sliding doors leading to balcony

Bathroom 3: Walk-in shower featuring river rock floor and tile surround with rainfall shower head, double vanity and toilet.

Laundry Room: large capacity washer and dryer, counters and storage cabinets

Balcony: Extra large balcony facing the gulf, directly off of the living room and kitchen featuring food prep area with mini-fridge, large island and sink. Outdoor table and 6 chairs, 4 loungers, 4 padded chairs,

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area and a shared community. Please be mindful of noise during all hours. Normal day-to-day living noise is expected, but repeated running, jumping, or other disruptive activities that continue into quiet hours are not. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance at all times, inside and outside of the condo.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: There are two privately assigned parking spaces numbered 2 and 6 in the covered garage under the building. Do not park in any other spaces as this could result in your vehicle being towed.

The local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
