This fun, second-floor apartment is located on a quiet residential street and is only 7 miles from the beach! Shopping and dining options are less than a mile away. The apartment has been remodeled and is perfect for a beach vacation. You'll enjoy complimentary WiFi as well as all of your basic kitchen needs including a coffee pot.

The flat is clean, quiet, and shows signs of recent renovation. Parking’s right there. Immediate neighborhood is perfectly fine, though beyond casual walking distance to say, the restaurants on Central. If you plan to prepare meals beyond a few basics, I'd keep on looking. OTOH and for the price, I’m very satisfied with my stay.

Would stay again
The place was just what we needed. It was upstairs so that made us feel safe, given we didn’t know the area and it was our first time to St Petersburg. The apt was 5 to 10 minutes from everything. So happy we were able to book.

It was VERY clean & had all the thing's needed for a long weekend getaway. I have nothing negative to say. I stayed 6 day's & only wish we had more towels. But overall, happy with the accommodation's.

Note: WiFi is spotty at best. No elevator- 2nd floor walk up. Small bathroom but roomy shower. Fifteen-20 minute drive to beaches and parks. Some minor items could be fixed: leave a new kitchen sponge for each set of guests; fix flapping fridge door gasket; upgrade connectivity.

It is a very nice clean apartment in a great location. We appreciated the onsite parking. We only used the kitchen for morning coffee. I would have liked to have had additional bath towels but made do with the two left for our use -the apartment manager did offer to drop off more.

Great Little Place
I stayed here for 6 nights. It was clean and well equipped. Nice kitchen. The owner was responsive to the one question I had when I arrived. If I have to return to St. Pete, I will definitely seek this out.

Spacious and comfortable
Didn’t realize it was a second story unit, but it was fine for us and felt more secure, as I didn’t know the neighborhood, but it was very nice and comfortable. Looks as if it was recently renovated and new, without the new chemical smell. Bathroom is small? But the dresser in the large bedroom has ample space for anything else. Kitchen had a full refrigerator and stove. We only needed to use the microwave and refrigerator, so all was perfect for us. Couch was comfortable for watching TV and it has a nice Roku setup. No complaints.

Been here a few times; Sun night through Fri morning as I work in the area but live in the other coast. Parking is good, accommodations are good! It’s one of the places I look for openings on when I’m booking for the area.

Good amount of space, good parking, all the amenities 1 - 2 people on vacation or working on the road could need for even an extended stay. I spent a work week and have already booked it for another week coming up!

Unit was perfect for visit to area to visit my daughter currently attending Eckerd College (about 10 minute drive). Easy access to I275, close to downtown St Petersburg, St Pete Beach/Treasure Island areas. Unit was clean, adequately furnished, and check in instructions clear. One recommendation would be that check out instructions be provided so expectations are clear.

St. Pete’s Beach
Our stay at this cute apartment fit our needs perfectly. We had a wonderful day at the beautiful white sand beach. We also spent an afternoon at St Pete Pier enjoying the fun things it has to offer. Great downtown restaurants, also!

Great, Cozy Space!
We were in town for the Mainsail Art Festival and needed a place to stay. The actual place is cuter than the pictures! The neighborhood is fairly quiet with stores close by. A great location! Will be back next year!
