”What a disappointment. Took husband for a birthday celebration weekend. The check in was stress full since EXPEDIA and hotel had a written policy stating an email would be sent for an online registration which was "REQUIRED". I tried calling the property directly 6 times over several days ahead of the trip and NO ONE ANSWERED. The EXPEDIA customer service tried to help me, and they also could not reach the property. It turned out it was not REQUIRED to do this and good thing because I NEVER GOT...

”I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.”

”I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect, very safe, and has great amenities nearby. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My room was exactly what I was needing for my stay. It was quiet, clean, and I did use the fitness room, which had enough for a quick workout. I did not use the pool, but I did go across the parking lot over to Bahama breeze and was very grateful for the market on the other side of that which had general store items and was just a few steps...

”AVOID. Room itself was ok. kind of beat up. no soap ever provided. Primary issue was that housekeeping stole a credit card from the room which was hidden inside a zippered backpack and used to attempt up $1,000+ of charges at a gas station and 2 Publix stores. Police Report filed with Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. Hotel management was uncooperative and only said they "trust their staff" in spite of the evidence presented to them. The police will take it from here, but the management really...

”Everything was very clean and ran smoothly. Common areas were nice. However, beds have been an issue. We stayed here early 2025 and one of the double/queen beds had a dip in the mattress so large you could have literally sat a basketball in the hole. We turned the mattress so the hole was closer to the foot of the bed. On this recent trip we had a king bed, but was also so worn and old that there was a big dip in the middle of the mattress and it took effort to roll out of bed.

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days.
Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”
