The Space:
Welcome to our family-friendly vacation home in Tarpon Springs, only a 15 minute walk to the ocean and just a 4 MINUTE DRIVE TO SUNSET BEACH! Looking for more to do? Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and Palm Harbor are all a short drive! There's also plenty of restaurants nearby, with Jimmy's Neighborhood Restaurant less than 5 minutes away (a strong recommend)! Looking to stay home? Our fenced-in home has plenty to do from movies on the SMART TV, grilling on the patio, or yard games in the backyard! A rental agreement must be signed and a legal form of ID must be provided along with a verification photo. This will all come directly from our company, the Tampa Vacation Collection.
FREE PARKING in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay. Boat trailers/campers won't fit parking space.

PLEASE NOTE:
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.
As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.
PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. Looking to stay home? Our fenced-in home has plenty to do from movies on the SMART TV, grilling on the patio, or yard games in the backyard!
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire property and it's fully private. FREE PARKING in the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Our company, Awaysis, offers live 24/7 guest support. While our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 8PM, we do have staff available to answer questions and provide suggestions every hour of every day.
Early check-ins and late checkouts are typically not allowed and never guaranteed. If you'd like to request either, please be sure to ask us the day of and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Any unapproved early check-in or late checkout will result in a $25/30 minute penalty.
As mentioned in the listing description and the house rules, a rental agreement and incidentals agreement is required to be completed prior to check-in. Without both of these agreements signed and a card on file, we cannot permit you to enter the property. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to sign both agreements and accept that the cancellation policy will apply regardless of whether the agreements are signed.
