You`ll love this fantastic beach condo`s location, situated right across the street from the white sand of Madeira Beach. Easy walk to John`s Pass, one block away. A major destination featuring shops, restaurants, bars & water sports. Relax inside this tastefully decorated & well equipped condo with spectacular views. We include all your beach essentials, high speed Wi-Fi, a parking pass (1), and wash/dryer. You`re in the best location to have a wonderful time!

Located on the 4th floor of the new resort building, it has elevator access and free parking for 1 car only. To reach the unit, take the elevator to the 4th floor (you will be given a code for access to the elevator). Follow the interior hallway to your unit number and use your personalized code to gain entry.

The unit opens into a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will need for cooking. There is bar seating as well as a dining table for 4 in the open concept living area. The space is also equipped with a pullout queen sofa and 2 chairs, as well as a nice sized smart TV.

Off of the living room, you have sliders to your private balcony. Enter into the master bedroom where you can see the Gulf of Mexico out the window from your King size bed! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

In the hallway off the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer closet, a guest bath with standup shower and the doorway to the small 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with twin over full bunk bed.

Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building.

Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle.

The resort is walking distance to John`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John`s Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you`re looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.

Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day.
Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas.
If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc.

Please Note* - This building has one elevator. Though rare, a power outage or maintenance issue can cause the elevator to go out while we wait for power restoration/repair.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
