Rentoudu talossa, lähellä upeita rantoja

Upeasti kalustettu uima-allas, jossa on lisäksi perhehuone, joka avautuu allasalueelle ....

Se sijaitsee muutaman minuutin päässä rannalta ja Dunedin keskustaan, ja siinä on katettu uima-allas, joka on lämmitetty mukavaan vyöhykkeeseen. Makuuhuoneen kalusteet ovat aivan uusia. Master king-vuode, vaatehuone ja master kylpyamme. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja futon kanssa kävellä ulos altaaseen. Muut makuuhuoneet jakavat kylpyhuoneen. Loput talosta on sisustettu mukavasti mielessä. Ei mattoa talossa, lehtipuu ja laatta koko.

Koti on varustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla, mitä voisi odottaa pieni palan taivaasta lähellä rantaa!

Excellent Stay, Clean House, Awesome Pool, Great Location, Host is the best!

This is our second time staying at this property. The house has everything you need and then some, the pool is great, the house is clean and spacious, the location is close to Clearwater, Honeymoon Island, and much more.

Great host and beautiful home!

The host was by far one of the easiest to communicate with throughout the whole process. The home was clean, well furnished and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

DISAPOINTING

The house is needing updated with many repairs needed. Cabinet doors, holes in walls. Mismatched furniture and dining table inside and in patio only seats 4 people. There are only 2 outside loungers which are rusty. Although the house was adequate for what we needed the biggest disappointment was that after we vacated the villa he then sent me a further payment request for $50 because he stated that we had left dog poop in the middle of a room. We had no dog or cat or any other animal in the villa. I did however ask if he would object if my mother in law visited with her beagle. There was no objection which was great but she didn't visit and I believe that this is why he thought he could get away with charging me extra. As before no dog visited the property and the owner has lied to get more money. Very disappointed and frustrated that he can get away with doing this. Needless to say we never paid the additional payment. Just to re in-state NO ANIMAL WAS IN THE VILLA AT ANY POINT DURING OUR STAY. No animal was there!

Wonderful Stay

From the moment we walked in we knew we made the right decision..Plenty of room for all of us.Loved the design of the pool with the upper level and seat in the deep end. The house was within a few miles of everything we had planned to do We had everythingwe needed as far as kitchen items..Just left this am for Indiana and already planning another stay at the House of Relaxation..Many memories have been made this week..

Had a wonderful stay! Close to all the good stuff. Beds are comforatable and the house has lots of space. Pool is so great. Has a shallow part great for kids. House has a Pack N Play, pool toys, beach toys. You feel stocked the moment you walk in

2nd visit! This is a wonderful, spacious house in a great location. We loved the remodeling to the property, inside and out. We travel in May and the heated pool is a definite plus. Mike's a great host. Lovely home!

Family Wedding/vacation

Upon entering the House of Relaxation, I was impressed with how clean and homey the house vibe was. The home was spacious enough for 8 people, plenty of seating for everyone and TVs. The pool was amazing, plenty of toys, and the screen was great for big free stay. Mike was very responsive to all our needs, we could not ask for a better host. We would definitely stay there again! The location was perfect. We were about 20-30 min to Clearwater beach and very close to the highways. We enjoyed my daughter’s wedding and time with family!♥️

Felt like home!

We loved this house!! We planned to do a couple days at the beach, but instead only did one and spent the other day at the home (per the kids’ request)! We loved watching movies together and swimming in the warm pool!

This house was amazing, nothing to complain about. We had plenty things to use in kitchen. Did not have to worry about extra blankets and stuff because they provided that! We have saved these house and will be staying again! It was amazing and slept 10 people very comfortably! It was close to everything but enough out where you could enjoy the nice pool in the evening! The owners was very well and quick to respond! I ask about the water being too warm and they immediately came out the next day and worked on it! 10/5 stars!

Family Vacation

The listing describes this house exactly. It was clean and comfortable. Enough space for 6 adults and 1 child to be together and/or find some private space. The pool is wonderful and kept our family especially my 7 yr old granddaughter occupied. The kitchen is well equipped. An inexpensive laundry basket or 2 would be helpful with using the washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient to go to a beach and close to grocery stores. Nicely updated and renovated.

Beautiful house, perfect pool!

We loved everything about your house, from the size, the two living rooms were perfect, the pool was wonderful so warm and the neighborhood was so quiet, we will be back, went to book for next year but no openings, hopefully the following year, we go every March to watch the Phillies in Spring Training, thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us
