Downtown Clearwater is just 2 minutes in car.This cute apartment is offering one bedroom with a comfy king size bed with memory’s mattress, living room, bathroom and full equipped kitchen! Beach towels are available, Netflix and Wifi, free parking in the place, self check in ! See check in instructions.

Easy affordable one night stay

If your heading to downtown clearwater for a night and need a cheap spot that's close enough to uber around, this is it. No issues- I'd rent it again.

Clearwater getaway

Property was located between Clearwater beach and Baycare ballpark, which was exactly where we wanted to be. Owner was easy to work with and accommodating. Would use again.

Cute Little Place

It was a great place for us. Close to a lot of things, easy to find from the road when driving up, well lit at night. The apartment has great AC, good water pressure, had 4 washcloths, 4 beach towels and 4 regular bath towels for use. It is definitely a small place, just big enough for 2. Everything was great but I do wish it had a closet or more storage for suitcases. I would return!

I booked a total different room she told me very last min that I got a different room then the one I booked. Said it was the same as the room I booked, it was not. I I had gotten a place w a couch that was separated from where the bed is bc there was 2 of us one was gonna sleep on the couch... We get to new room it has only 2 chairs a bed n a kitchen.... Nothing like what I wanted n she was just like oops... It was literally 4th of July weekend n everything was booked... I booked the room I did well over a month ago to make sure I had a place that worked for us. I feel I should be refunded. Also wasnt cleaned properly there was a qtip on the bathroom floor n ice cream that has been used in the fridge

Needs a Little Work

- Fridge was very noisy. - Coffee maker did not work (but close to Dunkin Donuts). - Must be there ahead of spring cleaning, but a few wipes made the light switches white again and handles non-sticky. - No smoke detector. - Musty smell, but opening windows (the ones with screens) helped. - No extra blanket (but borrowed one). Plenty of kitchen utensils. Plenty of toiletry items if you forgot to pack
