Well-established, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. **Please note: This home is in a family-friendly and quiet community. We have a close relationship with neighbors, and as such, quiet hours between 10 pm - 8 am must be observed in the outside amenities (Basketball Court / Soccer or any Other Outside Grounds) and at the pool area.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Free parking is available in the driveway (Can hold up to 14 cars. Please do not park on the grass or the street).

Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway—street parking is not permitted.

Wedding

This was our first VRBO stay. This home was chosen to accommodate family and friends coming in from all over for our daughter’s wedding at Madeira Beach. This home had the room, things to do and close to everything that made it a wonderful location for everyone. Communication with the host was always timely and supportive! Wonderful experience for us! Would recommend for any occasion!

OUTSIDE: We chose this property for the outside thinking it would be great for kids. Obviously these are very old pictures of the home. We agree there is potential in the property but exterior was a super bummer! The grass had not been mowed in weeks/months - You could barely see the bags game it was covered by so much grass.The landscaping was out of control - never seen so many weeds in my life. There were piles of brush & junk that had been piled at some point and never picked up out of the yard- Just dead limbs and piles of dead leaves.The smaller pool/water feature that looks beautiful in pics online was a crumbling dirty hole with sitting water that lead to more mosquitos than I care to mention. They said they were sending yard crew multiple times but no one ever came. Soccer goals were broken (luckily a maint man gave us code for garage to get some duct tape/tools to make it usable) Plus side is pool was nice & kids enjoyed that. INSIDE: lots of potential but shoddy workmanship. Not very clean under furn. One bedroom door couldn't close, Toilet seat in 1 bath wasn't the right size for toilet & the fan in that room rocks so they tried to caulk it to the ceiling! The rooms all had nice furn. but on bedsheets we noticed dirty & stained mattress covers & sequin in the bed making us wonder if linens were changed properly. TV's don't all work well, game room is stifling hot/no AC! Kitchen was nice but fridge was broke. AC was not working well. A.I. for communication??

Luxe Largo review

The house itself is nice with recent updates. The exterior of property was a disappointment. The yard needs a lot of maintenance. There was a pile of brush near the playground area. Plants around the pool were either dead or dying. The water feature wasn’t working and was nothing but a puddle for breeding mosquitoes and tadpoles. The gazebo area was over populated with frogs. The hot tub wasn’t working either. The exterior pictures advertised online are deceiving.
