Enjoy an amazing waterfront stay at Madeira Bay! This 4th-floor 2BR/2BA condo offers stunning Intracoastal views and the beach is just across the street. Relax in open living with a full kitchen and balcony views. Resort amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, and gym. Wi-Fi, parking for 1 vehicle, and beach gear—towels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy—all included!

This beautiful dog friendly condo is located on the 4th floor facing the Inter-coastal waters and marina. The location is superb, with the beach just across the street with direct water and Marina views.

Upon entering the condo, the stylish open living area sports a sleeper sofa and fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home. Coastal views of the marina extend throughout the living space, bedrooms and balcony. The Master King Suite has an attached bath and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a bunkbed with a double on the bottom and twin bed on top (twin is intended for children.) The guest bathroom is located just off the living room. There is a laundry closet with washer & dryer in the condo.

We are dog friendly (2 maximum) and we accept only well trained pups.

Please note: There is a one time pet fee of $150. Any damages due to your dog will be charged separately and not included in the pet fee.

Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building.

Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle.

The resort is walking distance to John`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This condo building is in heart of it all. It is directly across from the beach, with easy access within a 2-3 minute walk, a block from John`s Pass Boardwalk and walking distance to dozens of restaurants. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski`s, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing. If you want something laid back, do not be concerned! You can relax on the beach or enjoy the peaceful views of the marina from your private balcony.

This condo is walking distance to almost everything Madeira Beach has to offer. There is one parking spot included, but they are strict about only allowing one car. If you need to park an extra car, there are multiple paid garages and lots in the area. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible here, so if you choose not to rent a car you should be just fine.

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.

No Parties! No Gatherings!

No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.

No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.

- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Parking Pass is issued for 1 (one) Standard private passenger vehicles. No parking of trailers or boats.

- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
