Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 2-hengen lomakohde antaa sinulle kaikki mukavuudet ylellisestä lomakeskuksesta. Main olohuone, ruokailutila 4, taulu-tv ja taittaa kuningatar sohva nukkua jopa 6 henkilöä. Makuuhuoneen sviitti, jossa on oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella, queen-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja queen-size-vuode.

Lähtöaika on klo 16 (ET) ja lähtöselvitys on klo 11 (ET). Suunnittele lomanne sen mukaisesti, koska emme voi majoittaa varhainen sisäänkirjautuminen tai myöhäiset uloskirjautumisajat siivoojien aikataulujen takia.

Esimerkiksi: jos lennosi saapuu klo kello 8, et voi tarkistaa ennen kuusitoista, joten varaus yön edetessä voit alkaa nauttia lomastasi heti.

We love staying at the sunset vistas. We have stayed at this location many times. We have had a few different rooms and all have been good. These owners were easy to work with.

Beach trip 2025

The condo was the perfect size for 4. It needs a new mattress in the master bedroom. It has nice new flooring but the drapes and living room furniture really need to be replaced. I'm assuming this is why the weekly rental was somewhat less expensive. Check-in was seamless and the location was awesome.

Unit met expectations 4/5. Was spacious & comfortable. Very clean & welcoming. Amenities matched listing.I have suggestions for improvements; go from good to great. Your expectations may differ from mine. You be the judge.A great host would provide these things: pump soaps for handwashing, Kleenex, toilet paper, reusable food storage containers, mixing/serving bowls.Correctly states that unit sleeps 6. But only 4 dining room chairs. Not enough plates & bowls to prep, serve, & eat a meal for more than 4 people. Party of 6 would need 2 folding chairs & more plates, bowls.Bathrooms: Terrible water pressure in sinks, great pressure in shower. Nowhere to put shampoo, conditioners, razor. Had to go on the floor. Please buy a shower caddy.Laundry: Nowhere to hang wet clothes. Buy a folding drying rack for wet swimsuits & delicates. Add hooks to doors. Better hooks for the bathroom doors.Bedrooms: Nightstand on only 1 side of each bed. Add a 2nd small table on the other side for phone, glasses, remote, drink. Bed was comfortable. No extra blankets.Outdoors: The 2 BBQs are just metal boxes. Must provide your own charcoal, igniting fluid, tools, etc. An unexpected surprise.Outdoor hot tubs were great. Outdoor pool heater was broken. Host didn’t share this info until weeks after I’d booked my reservation & only after I asked. Host was hopeful it’d be fixed soon. After my cancellation deadline passed, I was told it would be 3 months (April 2025) before the heater was repaired.

Responsive host

The host responded to any inquiry within the hour. Enjoyed the beach chairs/umbrella that were available and had no issues with tv connectivity as previous reviews state. It was perfect for our family.

Fantastic Stay

Great location on Treasure Island

We had a late check in due to it the cleaning staff not being notified, but the owners were responsive and did what they could to fix it. The amenities were great. The overall space was great, but we’re disappointed in the cleaning of it. The floors were still very dirty after being mopped, they did not even sweep under the table or brush the chairs off and there were items under the tv stand. Surfaces were not wiped off well either. The couch was very dingy and the pull out mattress was very badly stained—we had planned on our two preschool age children sleeping on it, so it really put a damper on the trip with having to squeeze them both into our bed. While we didn’t need to use the items in the closet, it was nice that there were so many items available for guests to use. The washer and dryer were also a perk, although they did not work well—I’m sure the sand from all the guests doesn’t help anything. Overall, I think it just needs a lot of attention with cleaning and maybe updating furniture as it was all getting worn.

Great location, nice updated property

It was clean and updated. We chose to use VRBO for this vacation because our other family was staying there but they said the rooms weren’t always clean or updated when rented directly. The owners were quick to respond and had all the things we needed in the condo to have a great trip with our son. Will definitely book with them next year.

School vaca week

A bunch of families stayed at sunset vistas for the week in diff condos- this condo was great, plenty of beach stuff- we really enjoyed our stay! The cafe is delicious and convenient. The only thing we would change is beach towels- those would’ve been handy. Thanks for having us, another great stay!

Property was as stated on vrvo. Very clean and everyone you could need for a vacation was in the unit. Had a situation and the owners got right back to help me. Great location were you could walk to everything or the trolly stop was right in front also. We will definitely be back again next year. Larry

Couple disappointing things

The floors had not been cleaned at all. The first morning was barefoot and looked at bottom of feet and they were black. Wore shoes rest of vacation. Also the water pressure in each of the bathroom sinks was very low.

good and bad

the good: had a couple issues on our 4 week stay, owner replied quickly and made a couple repairs in a timely manner . the bad : we have been coming to sunset vista for about 14 years and have stayed in a lot of units in this building. we had stayed in this unit several years ago, i believe shortly after the new owners had taken over, at that time it seemed recently updated and in nice shape. on this visit it seemed like it had not been touched in the 4+ years approx ( not sure of exact date ) since the last time we had been there. we just moved to another unit in the building for the next 5 weeks and this unit did a recent upgrade offered to all owners involving flooring, counters,cabinets, furniture etc. and it was well worth it. Several other units we have stayed in over the years have had better ammenities .i rarely leave a review and really don't like leaving a negative one as i know the rental business is a tough one. but for the prices being charged for these units the last few years since Covid i think the customer deserves a good value for what we are paying. in this unit the sinks were dirty and stained, i wiped down the air ducts and can't post pictures but the sheets were black when i was done, i changed the air filter on the furnace as it looked like it was plugged, the baseboards are beat to heck.both beds are very small. Again not trying to slam the place just saying it needs updated so rent with the knowledge of what you are getting.

Excellent Location

Property was a well maintained condo very close to the beach with pool, hot tub and café/bar within the condo resort. Close to area attractions and many excellent local pubs and restaurants. Needed to contact the owners for a minor issue and they were immediately accessible and very helpful and genuinely concerned about the quality of our stay.

Nice Place in a Quiet Part of Treasure Island.

This was a nice place that I would stay at again. A few things to note for the owners. - The front store sticks really bad when opening it from the inside. I actually cut my knuckles on the lock below the door handle a couple times the first day because of it sticking. It did not seem to stick when opening from the outside. - The A/C filter is extremely dirty. You may want to have it changed before it causes damage to your A/C unit. - The floors of the condo were very dirty. I know it's the beach and the sand is extremely difficult to deal with but they seemed excessively dirty even with that in mind. I swept a few times during the week and it helped a bit but you may want to mention this to your cleaning crew. Overall though, the place was very nice and I really enjoyed the week, thank you.

Great stay on the beach!

Great location with easy access to the beach and pools. Kitchen had pretty much everything you could need for cooking except oven mitts. Loved the beach toys, chairs, etc. that were there to use since we did not have any of that because we flew. Already planning to rent again!!

Great condo on the beach

This condo was ideal for our family. Plenty of space, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer & dishwasher made this a very convenient and comfortable stay! The condo was right on the beach, the pool was nice, the condo was updated & clean, would definitely recommend.
