Äskettäin uusittu Madeira Bayn loma- ja kylpyläyksikkö 407!

Yksikkö sijaitsee kätevästi 4. kerroksessa, jonne pääsee hissillä tai portaita pitkin. Se on katettu upouusi puulattiat tyylikäs laatta keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneessa. Tilavassa olohuoneessa on runsaasti oleskelualue, jossa on 50 tuuman LED-taulutelevisio nauttiaksesi. Perheen aterioita varten on tarjolla ruokailutila. Makuuhuoneessa on erittäin mukava queen-size-vuode, täysi vaatekaappi ja oma 50 tuuman LED-taulutelevisio. Keittiö on puhdas ja täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, graniittitasoilla, kahvinkeittimellä, teekannu, astiat ja paljon muuta. Lisävuodehuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Molemmissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin.

Laitteessa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu lisämukavuutesi vuoksi. Ympärivuorokautinen kuntosali on myös saatavilla 6. kerroksessa yhdessä täyden palvelun kylpylän kanssa. Kiinteistössä on lämmitetty uima-allas ja spa.

Rakennus sijaitsee noin puolen tunnin päässä Tampan kansainvälisestä lentokentästä, Tampan keskustasta ja Hard Rock Casinosta. Se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Johns Passista ja suoraan kadun toisella puolella Madeiran rannalta!

Great location near John’s Pass

Had a great time. Great location across the streetfrom beach walking distance to John’s Pass. Nice little balcony over looking inlet with marina. Property manager very helpful. One bathroom with a family was a little tough, but we managed to make it work.

great location

stayed here with my family of 4 for 4 days to get a couple of beach days and to tour University of Tampa. the condo is right across the street from the beach, really easy access with a boardwalk then a path through the dune. nice beach, clear water, plenty of room. we didn't visit the pool or hot tub. the condo itself is clean and comfortable. full kitchen, though we only cooked eggs in it. keyless entry was very nice to have on a beach vacation. the balcony is nice for 2 people to sit and enjoy. the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom were nice and the AC worked great. ceiling fans in each room were also great to have. all in all, the condo was a good home base on a busy trip. it was an easy 45 mins drive to and from the tampa airport. john's pass is right down the street, an easy couple of block walk. it has decent shops to pick through for souvenirs, has ice cream, coffee, cigars. the whole family loved Mad Beach Cantina which is right next door to the condo. good burritos and tacos and margaritas. good craft beer at Mad Beach Brewery in John's Pass too. went to st john vianney for easter mass. its an easy 15 minute drive without having to go back over the bridge. recommended. great communication with the owners, they reacted very quickly to any questions that we had before and during our stay.

Beach Retreat

This condo was perfect for a short beach getaway. It had everything we needed including plenty of beach sand toys, 4 beach chairs, 2 inflatable floaties, and 3 beach towels. The view from our balcony was lovely - we looked down on yachts docked in the bay harbor. It was breezy, cool, and quiet in the evenings and highlighted a lovely sunset as well. Our apartment was a short walk across the street to the beach. There is a large natural sandy area separating beach front condos from the actual beach which was very nice - high rise condos were not directly behind us on the beach! John's Pass was literally a 5 minute walk giving us easy access to souvenir shopping, restaurants, and jet ski's, parasailing, and kayak / paddleboard rentals. Location was fantastic! Owners were responsive and attentive. Check-in and check-out processes were super easy!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend staying here! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. All appliances were updated and worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The parking was very convenient, and so was the walkway to the beach. We would definitely book again, and would recommend this unit as a great stay!

Great Weekend Getaway!

We were very excited to find this condo with such a great location. It was close enough to walk to just about anywhere we needed to go and we have small children (1 and 3) so this was important! Condo was clean and the owners were really helpful whenever we had questions. I noticed the door wall didn't shut properly but we were up high and it didn't seem to matter too much to us. We will try and come again another time. Thank you Anthony and Mandy!

A perfect little gem

By far exceeded my expectations! This trip was for Spring Break, and being an ICU nurse throughout Covid.... I needed a vacation with a beach! The beach is literally across the street, John's Pass is a 2 minute walk away. There are several places around to eat all within walking distance, and grocery and convenient stores close by. I love the view of the canal from our balcony. This condo offers several little amenities that are big deals to me, washer/dryer, towels, beach towel, beach gear, beach chairs, and a full kitchen fully stocked. The beds, blankets, and sheets were soft and comfortable. The only "hiccup" we encountered was the lock box/key code resetting, on our last day, most likely due to the time change. The owner was more than accommodating, helped us thru, and were just genuinely nice people!! I highly recommend staying here, and we will absolutely stay here again!!

Labor Day 2020

Let me start by saying the property was great. The owner supplied all the info we needed to make the process simple. The only negative thing was out of the owner’s control. There were 2 elevators, one broke down the day after we arrived making wait times for the elevator double what they normally would be. The other broke down on the day of departure leaving us to lug 100+ lbs of stuff down 4 flights if stairs.

Nice and clean

Nice spot. Traveled with our two kids, and the location was great. Walking distance to John’s Pass, a short drive to Treasure Island, about 1.5 miles to grocery store, heated pool and a hot tub. We would for sure stay again. Check-in process was super easy. Thanks for the stay!

Nice Condo for a Beach Stay

My wife and I had a great time with the grand kids while staying here. Beach is very close, pool is nice. Condo was clean and had a nice full kitchen with all the things one could need.

Okay for the price.

Location good. Pool and hot tub okay. Unit was under furnished in master. No dresser or nightstand on one side of bed. All beds were uncomfortable and air condition seemed lacking in bedrooms. Kitchen could use a decent frying pan. No cooking pancakes. The covered parking was nice though.

Great location, very clean and a short walk to the beach and John’s Pass.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a 8 and 5 year old and it was a great location. We enjoyed the pool and loved having the beach across the street. We didn’t need our rental car at all once we got there since everything is a short walk away. Anthony was very easy to deal with and always responded to all of my messages very quickly. Also enjoyed having passcode entry. No need to worry about losing keys at the beach!

Location, Location, Location!

A lovely apartment, clean, spacious and with all the facilities needed for a self-catered stay. The view from the balcony is perfect, overlooking the water way and just a few steps from John's Pass or the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Madeira Beach.

5+ stars Great Place!!

This was our 1st vacation, we have 3 kids one is 11years old and two 15 year olds. They ease and convenience of everything blew me away. We parked when we got there and didn't get back in until it was time to head home. The short walk to Johns Pass Villages gave us a lot of options for dinner and unique shops to browse through in the evening. The beach is directly across from the entrance to the resort, was never a problem to carry our things across the road and stay at the beach all day. The beach was never over crowded always pleasant. The condo was gorgeous and has everything you need. We were afraid when we pulled in we would not find parking because we had an SUV with a cargo topper for luggage and would not fit under the clearance in the parking garage, however we did find limited outside parking the fit our vehicle. I would recommend this unit and working with Anthony and Mandy to anyone looking for a hassel free vacation where you actually get to relax and enjoy time with the family. Thank you so very much Anthony for the suggestion of the Candy Kitchen the kiddos loved it. We are already looking forward to booking again with you next year.

Great Location and Accomodations

We always rent through VRBO and the owners had the quickest response time throughout the entire process which gave us peace of mind. The unit was very well equipped and modern and although it only had one bathroom, it was very large. It's located on the quiet side of the building with the beautiful view of the intercoastal and it's extremely close to the beach and it's very easy to cross the street. We were pleasantly surprised at it's close proximity to all the shops and restaurants at John's Pass as well - a block and a half at most. Pool and Hot tub were a nice bonus when you don't want to go in the ocean. It's also very convenient for day trips. We drove 20 minutes to Pass-A-Grille and then took a 10 minute boat ride to Shell Key Preserve Island. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, which was very clean and had everything we needed there. John's Pass was as good as advertised and like the beach, was only a 5 minute walk. The only suggestion that I would have for the owner would be to install an entry/exit bar (as you see in most motels) to the bathtub. It seemed a little high to get in and out of. Also, this particular condo rental does not allow pets, but there are some units in the same complex that do allow pets. It wasn't a problem for us, but I just wanted to put that out there. We would recommend this condo to anyone.
