Yksikkö 206: Uudistusten kokonaismäärä on upea kuin auringonlaskunäkymä

Nämä valtava kolmen makuuhuoneen asunnot nukkuvat jopa kymmeneen, mikä sopii loistavaan perheen lomaun lasten kanssa tai matkustettaessa ryhmään, joka nauttii yksityisyydestä. Meidän asunnot voidaan vuokrata niin vähän kuin kolme yötä tai olet tervetullut jäädä kuukauden tai enemmän. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysikokoinen oma kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneen sviitissä on king size-vuode, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja kolmas makuuhuone on kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on kauniit näkymät, suuret kaapit, kaapeli-tv ja internetyhteys. Pysäköinti on paikan päällä avuksesi.

Meidän huoneisto on täysin varustettu keittiö ja oleskelutila. Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet toimitetaan omaan käyttöön. Käytössänne on kolikon toimiva aluslevy ja kuivausrumpu paikan päällä.

Redington Shores on tunnettu ei-kaupallisesta alueesta, joka antaa sinulle ylimääräisen "beachy" loma-tunnelman. Suoraan kadun toisella puolella on vuokra-myymälä, jossa on polkupyöriä, skoottereita, kajakkeja ja kaikki seikkailuvälineet. Myös kadun toisella puolella on lähikauppa, josta on helppoa valmistautua päivään rannalla ja viehättävä voileipäkauppa. Suncoast Beach Trolly pysähtyy rakennuksen edestä helpottaen, joten se on helppoa nousta ja laskea Persianlahden rannikolla huolettomasti autoa. Awesome beachfront corner view!

Very nice clean and neat 3 bedroom 3 full baths. Great kitchen. Great patio overlooking beach. I had no idea how bad the damage to this area was by Helene. This place was all cleaned up, water and electricity and WiFi working exactly as stated. Pool demolished by the hurricane but who needs a pool when you have the beach. Will stay here again. Thank you!!

Perfectly far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle!

Stayed here in May 2024 with 2 other couples, who are family members. It was so nice having a separate bathroom for each couple. The rooms were nice size, kitchen literally had everything you could possibly need and more, and everything was clean. Fell in love with the “frother” on the Keurig, I must now have one! The view of the sunset from the balcony was exquisite, and we lived the private beach. It was great to not have to rush early to get a spot, it was not crowded at all. Had a nice large area to ourselves. It’s really the perfect spot to be close enough to Clearwater Beach and the very touristy areas like John’s Pass, but not right in the crux of it all. Lots of really delicious eats nearby too. And the drive to Seaweeds is a must!

College friends reunion to celebrate turning 50

We had the best time. Everything was as described. We loved the amazing ocean view, morning coffee on the deck with the awesome view, walks up and down the beach, 2 people per bedroom & bathroom was perfect (we had 6 total). Well stocked kitchen. Parking was easy. Comfy beds, had everything we needed like beach chairs and beach towels. Would love to return.

Yearly meeting with friends!

This unit is exactly like it describes. Very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, very clean. The view is amazing. The only problem, really not a problem to most, probably, but the washer and dryer (1 machine for both) was a little hard for us. The washing part was just fine, but the drying part took a couple of hours, and still damp. Other than that issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Girls trip

Celebrated turning 40 together with my friends and this condo was perfect! There was 5 of us and there was plenty of room. We loved having 3 bathrooms so no one was ever fighting to get ready. The hallway was a little out dated but as soon as you turn the key, the unit is updated and beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Once you step out of the lobby, the beach and pool and bbqs are like 20ft away. The water was calm and beautiful and the beach was less crowded than at the bigger resorts in St Pete. We loved the location and the mom and pop shops and restaurants near our place. We ventured into St Pete and Treasure Island, but couldnt wait to come back to our area at Indian shores. Bridget and Danielle who work in the office were so friendly and helpful. I bothered them many times and they were always happy to help with any of our needs. We all had an amazing time and im looking foward to renting this property in the future! 😊

We showed up to a very modern looking condo. It was beyond our expectations. Wonderful ocean view, check in was so easy as they had everything ready when we arrived. They had beach chairs, boogie boards and much more for us to use during our stay. This area of the beach was much more relaxed and peaceful. We will be back to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. However found the beds too high for some members of our family over 80yrs of age. We didn’t find the step stools until the last day as they were under the beds not visible. Also may need a change of living room furniture as the cushions kept sliding out of sliders when sitting. Enjoyed the beach tubes and chairs. Also wanted to let you know the dishwasher wasn’t properly installed so it kept creeping out when opened for use. Overall very nice place.

Great place with plenty of space for all of us girls to spread out with our stuff, close to the beach and close to all the amenities you could need! We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Fruit flies and dirty floors

The condo is very nice. Updated. However our unit had fruit flies in the kitchen and made it almost impossible to cook. The floors were also so dirty our feet were black. I told the front desk who brought me a mop and told me fruit flies are bad and there is nothing they can do about it. I tried reaching out to VRBO to help and was unsuccessful. They reached out to the property manager who was unresponsive A few people we met said they visit and always stay at this condo complex but feel it has gone downhill. The pool heater and the hot tub were also not working during our stay
