* If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

* Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice to us.

* Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.

* Amenities are controlled by the HOA and not us (e.g. pool) and so we cannot guarantee they will always be available (sometimes HOA closes for maintenance/cleaning). We do not issue refunds for amenity-related issues.

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and screened patio, as well as access to community amenities such as the pool, hot tub, beach and bay access, sports courts, and assigned parking, with easy self check-in for convenience.

The home is located in a quiet residential area of St. Petersburg, offering a peaceful and relaxing setting while still being close to beaches, downtown dining, waterfront parks, and major attractions, with easy access to I-275 for getting around the city.

Please relax and enjoy your stay, knowing minor mishaps are covered.



🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings. We are always happy to address any concerns during your stay.



🔊 Noise and External Conditions: Please be aware that situations outside our control may occur. This includes construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties or units. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for any related disruptions.



🚼 Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE:

🗑️Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.



Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.



📦 Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and a guest requests return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left behind after checkout.
