”Ein sehr schönes App. Tolle Lage, Bushst. In der Nähe. Bis St. Pete Pier ca. 20 min. zu Fuß, auch Fahrt mit dem Trolley mgl.. St. Pete Beach per Sun Runner (Bus) ca. 25 min.Check inn problemlos, da Key-Code. Bei Fragen an den Vermieter wird umgehend geantwortet. Wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.”

”Was impeccable spotless and all the amenities you need cant say enough about this place will return in nice area close to restaurants etc beach was close 5 stars all around and hosts were Great And the shower was great nice hot! Thanks again Chief Mack”

”We did not use the pool or the kitchen. Host was great, The Green Room was just that; a nice room California King bed) and nice bathroom; small fridge in room. Coffeemaker.. Plenty of towels, etc. If there was a kitchen, it must have been at the other end of the property. There was a laundry room, which we used (a dollar charge for use of washer; same for drier. Nice area, very convenient to drive anywhere. Closest beach (Indian Shores?) about a 2 mile drive. I ran/walked in neighborhood each...

”This home was just what we were looking for, for our 2 week stay in the St. Pete area. It was very clean and well maintained. Teal door was great at communicating with us. The location is very good. Close to stores, good restaurants, church, etc. And its proximity to St. Pete and Tampa was good. Our pup enjoyed the walking trail at the end of the street. We would not hesitate to return. ”

”Good price and the location next to a large walking park was excellent. Good size for 2 people. Distance to beach in early morning with no traffic is a 10 min drive. Quiet neighborhood. Met the owners and they are a very nice retired couple. The included beach umbrella and chairs are very handy.”
