St. Regis is a beautiful town and Super 8 is the best place to stay in town.

I appreciate the availability of coffee in the lobby. I like the surrounding area and the walkability of the town.

NOT HAPPY
I reserved my room with a credit card. The room was over booked and I had no room. After a 12 hour drive let me tell you I was not happy. I had to drive another 2 hours to find an available room. NEVER AGAIN will I use your booking service!!!

Disappointing for the price.
What we are mainly disappointed in was how our complaint was handled. We used this hotel in conjunction with a trip to Missoula, Montana. We had checked into our room earlier, turned on the A/C and left for the program we were attending in Missoula an hour away. When we returned at 1am we were disappointed to find that the A/C had never kicked in - it didn't work. It was over 100 degrees outside this week. Since we were exhausted we just fell into bed. Problem 2. The only bedding cover was a sheet and a down comforter! In the morning, at checkout, when we related our woe (and we did it politely, we are not people who complain for no reason), we were offered a refund of NINE DOLLARS. This on a room that cost us nearly $100. We were not happy but said, "OK, if that is the best you can do, we will take that." Well, then that fell through. We were penalized by having paid them in cash. Since we didn't pay by credit card they would give us nothing. "I will have the manager call you" the gal said. Well, that was four days ago. Nothing. Unacceptable. Accidents happen, but as business owners ourselves we know that when the customer is unhappy, you make it right. They didn't even try to make it right.

Clean, attractive, great value for price.
For the price, excellent. Small bfast, what you prob eat at home. (Yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, toast , apple, waffles, sweet rolls). Clean room with attractive decor. Quiet. The drawback was the terrible internet. Couldn't keep a connection.

Very Pleasant
This is our second stay at this motel. Room was quiet but lobby is not set up very efficient and there is a very narrow hallway that everyone has to pass through to get to the room section. If you meet anyone someone has to move aside. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Cheap hotel close to I-90
Very poor breakfast, no space to eat it. There was written that there is a pool... instead there was a jacuzzi, always closed. Staff slow and often missing at desk. It's cheap and close to highway but nothing more.

Decent for St Regis
Room seemed a bit musty, but was relatively clean. Basic lodging with only about a dozen or two channels. Toilet drained slow and eventually overflowed when the tank flap stuck and stayed open. Bed was stiff and pillows thin.

My wife and we're headed East & based our overnight reservation on the "reviews" I read about. I found the staff friendly, but "extremely" slow. The local businesses close up between 7-8 pm, except for something called the Casino. So be sure to get there early enough.

There are not a lot of decent alternatives nearby. It was a nice and comfortable place to spend the night.

The room was very nice and quiet. Eating opportunities are limited and the continental breakfast was not the best for a Super 8

Was a pleasant stop along the way.
Lobby area was somewhat crowded and there was no seating in the breakfast area. Highway side of the building was somewhat noisy but mostly drowned out by the room fan. Would prefer to have secure WiFi.

clean descent room. No smoking seemed accurate. very basic, hot tub off of the lobby seemed weird. Clerk friendly. Left before breakfast but looked limited. Good for night stay passing through.

Right for the price
This was the last hotel on our 9 day trip. it was priced right for what was there. it's in walking distance of a restaurant and burger joint. Nothing fancy. the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Good choice for this location
We found this motel on line and were glad we did as it turned out to be a nice place to stay on our way to central Montana from Oregon. The room was clean, comfortable, and it was fun to visit the gift shop and excellent store across the street. the people at the motel and in the small town were friendly. I did wish they had a refrigerator in the room. But for the price it was a very pleasing choice.

Comfortable!!
Comfortable place for being out in the middle of western Montana!! Very small town!! Glad that this accomodation exists!! These people definitely are trying to provide a comfortable lodging!!

new, perfect room
Great room! It was as if we were the first guests ever. Bed was soft and comfortable, just steps from the front lobby. My only complaint was that the ceiling creaked 3 times in the night when the "elephant" was lumbering to the bathroom. The breakfast was confinental style with cereals, juice, toast or pastries.
