Add a private pool, screened porch, and the nearby King and Prince area, and Atlantic Cottage offers an easy home base for families and groups of up to nine guests to enjoy the best of St. Simons Island.

Atlantic Cottage was designed with time together in mind. The open first-floor living, kitchen, and dining area creates a welcoming central gathering space for family meals, conversation, games, and relaxed evenings after a day at the beach.

Comfortable seating surrounds the 72-inch HD Smart TV in the living room, while the spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and a large center island with seating for four. The nearby dining table seats six, giving guests plenty of room for breakfast before the beach, casual dinners at home, or an evening of games.

A wet bar near the kitchen includes a dedicated ice maker, a convenient extra for filling beach-day coolers or preparing drinks to enjoy beside the pool.

The first-floor Primary Bedroom offers a king bed, HD Smart TV, views toward the pool and backyard, a walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and another sitting area. One guest bedroom features a king bed, another offers a queen bed, and the bunk room includes twin-over-twin bunks with a twin trundle. All four bedrooms have HD Smart TVs, giving everyone a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.

Private Pool & Outdoor Living

Outdoor living is one of Atlantic Cottage's standout features. The screened back porch extends the living space outdoors with comfortable seating and its own TV, creating an inviting spot for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or an easy evening at home.

Just beyond the porch, lush landscaping surrounds the private 7-by-18-foot swimming pool. Cool off after a morning at the beach, spend a leisurely afternoon poolside, or enjoy dinner at home with the gas grill nearby.

An outdoor shower provides a convenient place to rinse off after a day at the beach or pool.

Pool heating is available for an additional $75 per night and must be purchased for the entire reservation. Pool heat must be requested and prepaid at least 48 hours before arrival.

Atlantic Cottage's South Island location is one of the home's biggest advantages. Beach access is located at the end of the street, approximately 200 steps from the cottage, making morning walks, spontaneous afternoons on the sand, and sunset strolls especially easy.
The neighborhood also puts guests within walking distance of several favorite St. Simons Island restaurants, coffee stops, shops, and a local brewery, making it easy to leave the car behind for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an evening out.

The nearby King and Prince area adds another recognizable island landmark to the neighborhood, with additional public beach access located nearby. Please note that a stay at Atlantic Cottage does not include access to the King and Prince's private pools or other resort-only amenities.
Pier Village, the St. Simons Island Pier, Lighthouse Museum, Neptune Park, additional dining, shopping, and other popular island experiences are also within easy reach.

Lilmar Vacations partners with VayKLife to make beach days easier. Eligible reservations of 3 to 21 nights include a $40 per night credit toward available beach gear rentals and experiences. Current options may include bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, and other available selections.

Epicurate Concierge and In Home Experiences

Lilmar Vacations partners with Epicurate to help guests personalize their St. Simons Island vacation with curated in home services and experiences. Current offerings may include private chef dining, mobile wellness services, and grocery or fridge stocking.

Maximum occupancy is 9 guests
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted.
Parking is available for two vehicles.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided.
Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
Pool heating is available for $75 per night and must be purchased for the entire reservation. Pool heat must be requested and prepaid at least 48 hours before arrival.
Group gatherings and events are limited to the property's maximum occupancy.
Spring Break groups, student groups, chaperoned groups, weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and similar events are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy for Reservations of 29 Nights or Less

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation Policy for Reservations of 30 Nights or More

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 30 to 59 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund.
