Snowbird special! Large home 1 block from beach!

The Coastal Charm is a newly updated 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom coastal townhome. It comprises: an open floor plan with the kitchen leading to a dining table for 6, a living room with ample seating and a pull out sofa. Enjoy a back porch with a barbecue grill. There is a king bedroom located on the first floor with a living space and pull out sofa. The primary bedroom (king) and queen guest room are on the second floor. The fourth floor has a full bed guest room. All bedrooms have ensuite baths. Every bathroom should have a blow dryer! In the kitchen you will find a Keurig coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer and sugars.

***Please note there are 3 sets of stairs in this home and there is not an elevator***

A family friendly home within steps of the beach in the heart of St. Simons and a short walk to restaurants or the village. Whether you are looking for a coastal retreat to get away or a home perfectly located to dining, shopping, and the beach, for the perfect vacation, Coastal Charm is for you.

The beach will be just steps away. The beach access is located directly beside The King and Prince Resort and you will not need any credentials to access the beach.

Rent a golf cart or bikes and head down to the Village to enjoy additional dining and shopping options and explore the outdoor space near and on the pier. We are happy to facilitate rentals of either for your stay and have them ready for your arrival!

Golf is always a great option as well (Sea Palms and King & Prince Hampton Club both welcome non-members).

You can comfortably sleep 10 adults in this home. Two beds in this home are sleeper sofas.

All linen and bath towels are included for your convenience.

The parking can accommodate up to 2 large vehicles or 3 small ones. You will be able to park on the property.

We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions.
