Tämä kaunis kolmen makuuhuoneen villa wth mukana mökki sijaitsee kukkivat puutarhat näkymät kuuluisa Down Island merinäköala. Kaakeloitu kävelytie saattavat sinut yksityiseltä aidatulta ajalta kaksoisoviin ja olohuoneeseen, jossa on laaja näkymä. Wish I was still there

Wonderful experience, great house with all the amenities you could ask for. The property manager met us at the airport and brought us to the property--I don't think we would have found it without her. Thank You! The roads into the house are a little tight and steep, but doable. The area was quiet and beautiful and the pictures of the view don't do it justice. Magen's bay is a short 3-minute drive for the house. The outdoor shower has the best view ever.

Wonderful week - great dipping pool

We spent most of our time in the pool, the grill worked perfectly and we didn't see another soul once we were on the property. The area was quiet and beautiful (the pictures of the view don't do it justice) and Magen's bay is about a two minute drive.

Family/Friends Vacation

When we arrived at the Villa it was just as the pictures show! There was plenty of room for 7 of us(two families)to spread out throughout the home. We loved that it was a quick few minutes drive to the Beautiful Magen’s Bay Beach-Our teens favorite spot! The two outdoor showers were wonderful after a day at the beach. The cocktail pool was great for a quick dip to cool off. If you are looking for a spacious Villa with a beautiful view and close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Villa SunRose is a wonderful option.

This villa is lovely. Quiet and peaceful. Other than a mishap with dishwasher ( which was corrected quickly) everything ran smoothly. Well equipped, nice deck for grilling and endless views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. From the start, the owner was excellent concerning communicating with us. We were greeted at the airport by the property manager, then take to the property. It was everything we expected and needed. Beautiful layout, easy to visit with others in the group, clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The cocktail pool was so refreshing, and the views from the property are amazing.

Beautiful home and property. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed for a great vacation was there. Perfect house for a family. Only 4 stars for xleanliness, not too bad but definitely could be cleaner. Thiscwas our first trip to the island and we were happy with the location and accommodation. Beautiful Villa! Extraordinary Views! Gorgeous Flowers!

Our family of 5 stayed at the Villa for a week and it was very comfortable. It had everything that we needed. We were very grateful for the use of the villas beach towels and snorkeling gear. The communication with the owner was fantastic and it was very helpful to have a Mr. C meet us at the airport to show us the villa upon arrival.The view from the villa is gorgeous and the grounds are so beautiful (so many colorful flowers and unique plants). We appreciated that it was in a gated neighborhood as well. Very safe area. You will not be disappointed if you chose to stay at this villa!

Most Relaxing Stay

Villa Sun Rose was beautiful and relaxing. My husband, mother-in-law, and three kids came to St. Thomas for a wedding and had the most wonderful time. The house was spacious and had everything that we needed for cooking, grilling, going to the beaches, and enjoying the amazing views. We could have spent everyday exploring the island but instead chose to stay at the house for a few days just relaxing and enjoying the pool. The pool was the perfect size and the pictures of that view could not do it justice. The house was so quiet and secluded that it was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the resorts around Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie. The Mermaid Cottage was perfect for my mother-in-law. And, there is a bathroom for that cottage that I wasn’t sure would be there from the description. Lou communicated with us throughout this process and was wonderful to work with. Josephine, the housekeeper, was patient with us when we arrived at the airport to pick up our vehicle, then took us to a market to get groceries. Overall, I would give this property and the experience a 10/10. I will most definitely be staying here again when we come back to St. Thomas and recommending it to my clients.

Perfect Location!

We’ve stayed on the island before but this time around we were looking for something more private but still close to Magens bay/food/shopping and this location checked all of our boxes! The property owner met us at our car rental area and escorted us to the property as well as gave us a walkthrough of the property as soon as we got to the island! Would absolutely stay here again!

Sunrose Villa

The Villa was georgeous, spacious, well stocked. We stayed 10 days for Carnival and had a wonderful time. The property manager was great, communication with the owners was easy. All of the rooms and the cottage was perfect for a family of 7. I highly recommend Lou’s place. We come to the island every year for carnival an this was the best accommodation. Secluded Family Vacation w/ Everything You Need

Other than some wildlife joining us (never unexpected on trips like this though) on our first night, our stay was wonderful. We wanted to stay in a quiet location that was still convenient to everything that St. Thomas has to offer. Villa Sun Rose really delivered. Most of the time, it feels like you've got the entire island to yourself. We had a terrific stay and enjoyed time at the house and of course the expansive views. Pictures will never do justice to the view and the feeling of calm you get from gazing out beyond the nearby islands, across the breeze swept water. We did venture out the sights, found some adventures, and soaked up some sun. Magen's Bay is very close and is deservedly one of the main attractions on the island. Lou was super responsive and helpful. Couldn't ask for better from a host. Thank you!

Amazing everything

I went to St.Thomas with my husband, 10 year old daughter; and my parents. We had the pleasure of staying at this property and wow what a great experience! The location is amazing. We didn't have any issues with driving or roads as we have been to St.Thomas before. Waking up to the AMAZING views everyday and just coming back after the beach to just hang out was amazing. There were nights we just stayed in and enjoyed the views and sounds of the nature. Lou waa awesome! He answered promptly and I had no communication issues. I highly recommend this location!

Fantastic week at Villa Sunrose!

First off let me say how great of a time we had on St. Thomas. Our family used this Villa Sunrose as home base for adventures around the island. Check in was smooth and we were able to be met at the airport and escorted back to the property (with a grocery stop along the way!). It was a very hot week, so the ocean breezes, while nice didn't quite do the job during the day. The split units in the primary bedroom and the cottage were the main respite from the heat. During the week the one of the screens came off its frame and others where separating. This led to the lots of mosquitoes getting inside. After emailing Lou, he was able to get someone out to fix them the following day. There was also something going on with the pool. The first day we used it but after that it wasn't looking good. The pool guy was there twice, but it never looked too clean. Either way we probably would have been in it since we were at the amazing beaches so much. Only other gripe might be that the deck has some screws sticking up...made me nervous that my kids were going to gash a toe open. Apart from those hiccups, the property has the MOST AMAZING VIEWS. I enjoyed spending some late afternoons sitting on the deck and watching boats go by. The roads to get there are no joke, but you get used to it after a few days. The house is off the beaten path, but not far away from anything. We really had a great time!

Million dollar views!

The house was everything we hoped for, the sunrise’s are amazing, Mr C met us at the airport and we followed him to the house, he gave us a tour and ins and outs of the house, we did a lot of beach hopping, the house is 5 minutes from Megan’s bay, and less then 25 minutes from any other beach on the island. It took us about two days to get use to the roads, the drive to get to the house is a little crazy! If I had anything bad to say is the pool is a little small, big enough to get in and get wet though, with Megan’s down the road you don’t really need a pool. Take advantage of the amenities, like chairs, coolers, and snorkeling equipment, we were there for our honeymoon and it was amazing. Already planning a trip back with our adult kids.

Great value for the price

Overall I believe that Villa Sunrose is amazing, especially if you have a need for 3 - 4 bedrooms and like to be near Magans Bay for a very short drive to it. The owner and property manager are excellent communicators. It is spacious and clean. I have to say that the property is in need of some TLC and basic upkeep. Smoke detectors not all attached, some lights and batteries missing from some remotes, window cranks broken and AC has much to be desired. Again, value to dollar and friendliness of owner cannot be matched.

The home is set on the side of a hill. Beautiful sunrises every morning. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens. We loved the home. The host was great. The property manager met us at the airport and we followed him to the villa. He told us what we needed to know and was very helpful. We had a great trip.

Amazing House

The location and privacy of the house is perfect. Magen's is 5 min away and other great beaches are within 15-20mins. The house has everything you need to cook, enjoy the pool and beaches. The house and property are beautiful. As a former resident of St. Thomas it felt like I was living there again. Definitely planning on staying here again.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful property with amazing views. The owner was quick to respond with questions during the booking process and provided updates throughout our stay. Even the people he hired to take care of various things around the property were so kind and fun to talk to. Mr. C met us at the airport and gave us a run down when we arrived which we greatly appreciated! The driveway is kind of tight (like a lot of the roads) but we rented a highlander so that might have something to do with it. We adapted and it all worked out.
