”What a tropical paradise! We were blown away by Hideaway! If you are looking for a private, family or couple getaway, this is the best place around! The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! Little touches everywhere were not overlooked by my family. ”

”The staff is the shining star of Emerald Resort. The resort is in need of updating, it has a great location and all the rooms face the beach but it is rundown. Which gives off as not being clean. At breakfast one of my travel companions' breakfast came with butter packets and one of the butter packets had already been used. Plus the sugar bowl had empty packets in it and the jelly packets had food smeared on the bottom which says they reuse them for other guests.”

”Love this resort. Perfect blend of beach, pool and activities. The staff and amenities were great - we had all the amenities of a hotel resort but felt like we had our own place all to ourselves. The condo was modern, equipped and beautifully decorated. We found it's central location perfect for everything - shopping, dinner etc.”

They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation.
