We had minor issues but contacted Bianca and immediately she took care of situation and she was on vacation as well, very grateful for her prompted response. ”Great hotel, beach front rooms are beautiful and staff is friendly and helpful. You do have to take a taxi everywhere as there are no side walks to walk around and explore the area. Red hook ferry is less than 8mins by car. ”
