”Don't plan on getting access to your room right away! We arrived 3 hrs. early and asked to check our bags as the room was not yet ready. We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in.
The room itself was fine.
The bar on site did not opened until 5:30 pm and the restaurant was less than desirable in atmosphere, quality of food and more.
the best thing about this Hotel is that it is walking distance from the Charolotte Amilie Ferry. ...

”The ocean is 10 feet from the tables of the restaurant, with beach in between. The beach itself was very nice, lots of activity, jet skis, the Taco Taxi, etc. The waves were solid and it was very pleasant to sit near and relax.
The resort is in a nice location, the pool is close to the restaurant and beach as well, all conveniently located close together.
The hotel rooms themselves were fine. All rooms have an ocean view and are reasonably new and in fairly good shape. Our mini-split AC unit...

”Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

”Staff was friendly and responsive. Our room was beautiful and well equipped and cleaned daily. The beach was lovely and the cove provided protection against the winds other beaches were facing. The waters were clear, and we saw a lot of sea life just outside our door with goggles! Parking was easy and close to our door.”
