”Over all our stay was decent, the shower is MESSED up. One day you shower and the water gets boiling hot every 30 seconds to where you gotta get out. then the next day it wouldn’t even get hot. Between the 2 of us 6 of our showers were ice cold. The cafe they advertise was never opened. The staff was great. Except there’s no do not disturb signs so even when we asked for no service they still came in. Balcony and view was nice.”

”Buffets were always cold food unless you ordered from the 1 hot station 55.00 for breakfast is crazy high The adult pool was dirty and never saw anyone clean it once. The scum on the pool was disgusting never mind the broken steps to get in No 2 bartenders make drinks the same Our room had a stained carpet that we asked to have removed it was gross to walk on The balcony self locks so make sure you always take your phone as I got locked outside and no knew nor could hear me”

”Good stay. Some staff super helpful, others didn't want to be bothered. Free breakfast was delicious but couldn't be enjoyed in the privacy of our room. I may book again. The property was beautiful”

”Real great for solo trips. Kind staff. The room was clean. The hotel is gate and safe for solo travellers. Although I did not personally get in the pool it was well kept and clean as well. Just be prepared to share a bathroom.”

”It didn't have a refrigerator in side the room. 2. If you needed Ice you would have to climb 2 flight of stair. They should have one on each floor.However the staff members was willing to get it for me on to separate occasion The staff was pretty friendly if you needed somethinthey came right away. ”We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again.
