”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min.
A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. Thank
One minus was the fitness center that has only indoor bicycles, one rowing machine and a thread mill. Hand weights only up to...

”A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. ”

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning.
This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken.
In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”
