”BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!”

”Excellent loft, with a fabulous view of the city especially from the bedroom, nicely furnished, and perectly located right in the old center. Clear instructions for check in and check out and the owner replys instantly and friendly to any question.”

”Gute Ausstattung und viel Platz. Super, dass es Jalousien gibt an allen Fenstern. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe.”

”The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again.”

”Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig,modern und gut ausgestattet. Es wurde an alles,bei der Einrichtung, gedacht. Die Küche war gut bestückt. Uns hat die Sauberkeit der Wohnung beeindruckt. Auch die Gastgeber waren für uns da. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

”We had a wonderful stay here x It’s very clean and tidy . It’s across the road from the Bus Stop that takes you into central Luxembourg. The accommodation is very smart and spacious. Only recommendation is perhaps a welcome pack . Needed to buy basics like washing up liquid and cloths Needed a chopping board and sharp knife dust pan and brush. But will definitely stay here again when visiting daughter who works here. 5 stars xx”

”Samt alles sehr schlecht. Um 14:03 Uhr kam die Meldung, dass es ein Problem mit der Wohnung gibt und wir nicht in die Wohnung können. Alles weitere hat sich danach nur noch ins negative gezogen. Ein Horror mit 3 Kleinkindern!”

”I like the balcony. I dont like the way the bathroom was built ,the shower area should have been contained because water goes below the toilet and i find it unhygienic. Also no windows and air-conditioning. ”
