”The host was very responsive and interacted well. The house was perfect for my event. I was able to host a family celebration for a graduation. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. The only issue was the heating and cooling system but as mention earlier the host was so responsive it never became a big issue. I would definitely book with this host/ property agian.”

”We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. ”Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. ”Excellent home base location for any Fredericksburg area activities. Quiet and peaceful street and home. Pictures in listing are an accurate representation. House had all of the essentials, and both bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms of any rental I've ever stayed in. Host communicated well, left plenty of instructions where they might be needed, and even left snacks with a personal note. A very good experience - thank you!”
