”The building; the accommodations; the staff; the breakfast; the linen!!! There was nothing that would not rate first class. It was our second visit and we plan to make our third later this year.”

”Clean room, helpful staff. No issue with stay. However room design is strange as the lavatory/sink is right by the door making it awkward to answer the door or leave if someone was using the sink/mirror. That is a design flaw and not the fault of the staff. ”

”Great place to stay close to Duke”

”Front desk staff is always nice. Room is always clean when I stay here. Housekeeping is super polite and I enjoy that on my longer stays that they do not come knocking on the door everyday to clean the room it’s more like every other day that they come by. ”

”Hotel was absolutely beautiful. One issue: They put us in a room with no heat, Room 424. We had an handicap accessible room because we are both disabled. We called down to the front desk. The young lady was willing to move us across the hall at 421. She made sure the heat was working before she moved us, but it wasnt handicap accessible. ”

”The relationship between price and quality was not the best. The hotel is not a three star rating but deserves only two star rating. However, judging by the guests, the hotel was quite popular among locals. Breakfast was every morning the same and it differed considerably from a European breakfast. It included bagel, roll, bun, wafer, yoghurt, apple/orange, cerials, minced beef, fried egg, coffee and juice. Overall the hotel was shabby and the cleaning level was not very good. Wifi worked well...
