Majatalot – Staines

”BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. The room key was for...

”The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the property itself is a little tired and could benefit from some updating. I stayed in 'William', which is quite small. Barbara kindly offered me a complimentary upgrade to a much larger room downstairs, but I chose to stay where I was as being able to sleep with the windows open is important to me. The room was very warm, but fortunately I could open two windows and, as the property felt very secure with little access to the...

”Helpful person to help with self check in.”

”Had a lovely stay Very helpful staff and room beautifully clean. Very near to shop and not too far from town will stay again happily.”

”The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.”

”Dishan is awesome and very helpfull. Is a cozy place , few minutes walk from Hounslow Central Station. There are a variety of places to dine .”

”Very friendly staff”

”The website for this hotel looked way nicer than the reality. The pillows and duvet smelled of stale sweat. The mattress was old, and the furniture of a low quality or damaged. The window frames were damaged, and the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. I had booked another stay here in coming weeks, but I have cancelled that based on this uncomfortable stay”
