”Anyone used to camping will probably enjoy this but it wasn’t the case for us. We usually stay at hotels but thought we’d try this since the pictures looked nice and reviews were good.
Overall setting didn’t seem as nice as the pictures, and the space was smaller than we anticipated.
This was more like “trailer in the backyard” than “cabin in the woods”, but again, it might just be due to the fact that camping is not our thing.
Staff was attentive and room was clean.”

”Very cute property. We stayed here because it was close to Shenandoah. Exceptionally clean. Air conditioning is very important to me and it was a consistent cool 70 the whole time. Bonus of having animals on site. As we were around the campfire, a promenade of cows and horses walked right by us and we got to pet and feed the horses. ”Beautiful views, perfect location, loved the friendly horses (if you pull a bunch of grass, the all brown stallion will eat it from your palm). Location is close to multiple restaurants and grocery stores and beautiful scenery. Could not have asked for a better long weekend anywhere else. Thank you.”

”My hubby, myself and pup spent a two night stay. We had two issues that the host apologized and rectified. Cabin was clean. The road leading up to it is steep and gravel with some hairpin turns (all mentioned in VRBO). It was quite unnerving for me, but hubby didn't seem to mind.
