”The house was located in a nice neighborhood that was pet friendly with easily walkable streets. It was close to many nice local places including nearby parks. The house was clean and supplies were satisfactory. The yard was nice and the dogs enjoyed the ability to freely roam the backyard. The house had a nice layout with one large suite upstairs and two rooms downstairs with plenty of space to gather. ”Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal.”

”This is half of a duplex in a residential neighborhood. Shopping is a half mile away. Off street parking is a plus. Very roomy with both bedrooms on second floor with a full bathroom separating them. The first floor has a half bath off of the kitchen. Note that this is a rehabbed older home - everything is bright and clean but does have some uneven stair steps and flooring.”

”Mike was very communicative with any important communication. The place was really interesting in its decor and renovation, great wifi, kitchen appliances, and beds were comfortable. some challenges in the upstairs space were in need of us managing to which I’ve communicated directly to Mike. ”

”Great location, Clean and comfortable. The Kerig did not work but the owner replaced it. Also there was no lalundry detergent and she dropped off some. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. This listing has a few bo -bo’s (ie cracked light switch, carper stain, etc.) but is was comfortable and clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. ”
