”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done?
Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it.
The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...

Check in was a breeze and the restaurant was so good! Special kudos to our server, Bismarck, who was very friendly, attentive and professional, even though we showed up late in the evening. All in all, our night at the Westin was great!”

”We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such an important time for our family. The hotel is located in a very nice, quiet, and safe area, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while our son underwent surgery nearby. It was conveniently about a 10-minute drive, making it incredibly easy to get back and forth.
