It is called the Zen Condo. We have completely renovated the house and paid special attention to soundproofing. But this house is made up of two condos. Each condo has its own parking and specific entrance. There is no shared common space apart from the outdoor lot. Each condo has its balcony/deck.

The condo includes an electric fireplace, one BBQ, a great porch with complete outside table and parasol, a large backyard with a picnic table and three swings (shared with the other condo upstairs). There is a park with several children's games in summer and a winter ice rink in winter a 2-minute walk away.
