”The fireplace was my draw card. Rooms are as expected clean and with the necessary items. The property is tired and due for a refurb but it suits the budget traveller. The location is a short drive away from the main town. Enjoyed the restaurant, menu with good selection. As a solo traveller I felt safe which is very important.”

”My booking was confirmed and the host contacted me later the next day to tell me they were overbooked. They said they had been booked for my stay for over 2 months. Property was on several sites. How they did not know this for 2 months is beyond my comprehension. They apologized and basically told me it was my problem to deal with and also told me to cancel. I did not cancel, I contacted Expedia to have them handle it. They found me an amazing property. It was further away, but very nice and top...
