”Staff was courteous and friendly. Clean bedding and towels. However the room had never been updated. We could see outside around the door jam. The water was orange when first on!!!!! ”

”The carpeting in the room definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced. I think that gave the room and the building a little bit of a musky smell but overall it was a good. Breakfast was good and we had a variety of food each day. The coffee was available 24 seven but was very weak and I would suggest having the vendor put a little bit more coffee in the mix. There was no problem parking but identifying the access road was a little bit difficult often we missed our turn and had to turn around....

”Booked a room was supposed to cost me a certain amount winded up spending over because the guy didn't want to go to my reservation he just booked us a room by itself so I wanted up have to spend more than what I was told I would be spending but the place was nice very clean refrigerator didn't work in our room”

”The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds. We unpacked nothing and slept fully clothed because it was late and we had no choice. I promise you they just made the...

”This is a $60 /night hotel that they are charging $115 /night. For starters, whoever is the maintenance person, thy need to be fired. the bathtub had a hole in the floor and all they did was put white duct tape over it useless!!!. Then thy must have remodeled the room but instead of using the same size sink, light fixtures, nightstand and toilet, they used smaller sizer but left the bolts and nails and wholes that the old fixtures caused exposed. On top of that the sheets and mattress covers...

”The safety is lacking. The additional latch on the inside of the room had nothing to grab on to, so if someone had key access, they would have been able to walk in. I wedged the ironing board up to where it would make it very difficult to open the door. The bathroom floor was sticky, the shower head had water spraying so hard, you had to be mindful to watch your face, because it hurt. The tub drained extremely slow, and you coul see the soap scum film that marked the level at where it continued...
