The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. The complex is surrounded by a large garden that offers plenty of space for children's activities and play.

Starigrad-Paklenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 650 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. It consists of one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.The size of the apartment is about 25 m2. The facility is 300 m from the beach. Paklenica National Park is 1.2 km from the apartment. Within 100 m there are: supermarket, coffee bar, gas station, pharmacy, ATM, exchange office, hairdresser, souvenir shop. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available on the property.
