”I arrived at hotel yesterday and thermostat in my suite was at 85 degrees. I immediately turned it down to 72 and waited about 45 minutes - no improvement, no air movement. Called the front desk and the lady working was lovely. Came right up and checked thermostat and said call her after 30 minutes if room does not cool. It did not and I called - she said they had no additional rooms available but she would check with manager. After another 30 minutes she said they could move me to another room...

”Excellent staff. Beds were comfy. New paint. Nice big TV big fridge, microwave! A little musty smell but disappeared with ac use. Great value. Left bracelet in room. Was returned before we left property”

”The staff was very nice, EVERYONE greeted us , and was friendly. Our room was not the best location, middle of the downstairs hall across from vending. Could have asked to move I guess but it was pretty full. I could hear EVERYTHING on the floor above us ,(walking, toilet flushing in the wall next to the bed coming from the floors above). Breakfast was great , the dining area clean and maintained. Overall, I can always count on Country Inn & Suites for a good stay.”

”Checked in late, staff was helpful. Definitely cigarette / MJ smoking. It looks sketch from the outside , room was decent , doors could be cleaned. Comfy beds. Limited parking by the front door. Ac could have been stronger”
