”We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly.”

”Bathroom sink was clogged and smell bad. Dead bug found in the bathroom”

”💙💙💙”

”I arrived and went to my room. The lights in the bathroom did not work. They changed my room. Got to the new room, tv remote did not work, no biggie I went downstairs and they put batteries in it. The AC wouldn’t work then in the middle of the night I was woke up by the thermostat making a “ticking” noise. They said they would give me a credit but have not done that. I e been told 3 times the manager would call me, they aren’t in yet, will be in soon etc. none of this has happened.”

”It was old but clean . Lady at front desk was kind of.”

”When checking in, there was an older couple speaking with the front desk person, asking that their shower be cleaned. When no one was available to do that, the gentleman asked for supplies to clean it himself, so that they could shower. After I checked in, there was a gentleman upset about the cleanliness of his room, as well. I was quite worried about what I was going to find in our room. On the way up, we passed a room that looked like it had blood splatter on the outside of the curtain,...

”Had an absolutely amazing time with my daughter. We left in Tuesday night instead of Wednesday do to the passing of a loved one. The staff was absolutely amazing and had such care towards me. I hope to come back one day and get the full experience. Thank you guys”

”Room was spacious and beautiful! Loved the grounds! Breakfast was delicious!”

”It was a good clean room. Staff was helpful. It is a bit overpriced when you can drive 7 miles to Gainsville and save a lot of money on the same type room. It did serve our purpose though.”

”There was mold in the bathroom of room 128. The room smelled musty. The curtains didn’t block the light from coming in. I had a terrible night’s sleep here.”

”Staff at reception wasn't as welcoming as almost everywhere else, not rude but got the vibe of "what are you doing in here". Also gave us the room from the furthest corner of the building, felt like there was something personal although wouldn't know why. But otherwise everything was ok, nice and clean room but a bit outdated. Pool was nice.”

”Friendly staff”

”Very clean”
