” Way enjoyable stay. Nobody was there at check in but a. Wry nice gentleman on the kitchen staff let us in. I did have to call the number on the door and giver her the code that had been sent. Other than that it was a great stay. The woodwork the bed the charm and location were all great ”

”Nice stay for a night or two but it was hot in our room (we are hot sleepers) and we cannot turn off the light without also turning off the fan. There is a high pitch noise that was constant and not loud but enough to disturb sleep if you are sensitive sleepers like us. No black out curtain. We enjoy the place but didn’t have restful sleep. Perhaps not for people who are light sleepers. Owner/host were responsive and communicate quick. Well kept and safe property - just old, as it is”

”The hotel stay was excellent overall. Everything about the property, service, and accommodations was great. The only issue was with one of the breakfast waiters. He was very rude and treated us differently from other guests. We noticed he offered other people coffee to go, but when we asked, he told us we were not allowed to take drinks out. His attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional. Aside from that experience, everything else during our stay was excellent.”

”Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again. ”

”Had a great stay. Kelly the bartender made excellent drinks! Chef Al made a delicious chicken pesto pasta and Tim the valet. I don’t remember the front desk clerk but she was super friendly!”

Will never stay there again.”
